b. No License Sharing: Users are not allowed to share, distribute, or sublicense their access to the Service to others. Each account is intended for individual use and is non-transferable.
c. No Ban Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, evade, or circumvent any bans or suspensions issued by our system or staff is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating new accounts after a ban, using alternate identities, or leveraging third-party tools to regain access. Violating this rule is considered a severe breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Refund Policy:
a. Refund Policy – Limited Eligibility: Refunds are generally not provided for the use of our Service. However, if you experience issues and we are unable to resolve them, you may qualify for a monetary refund. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
b. Refunds for Crypto, MilkyCoins, and Azteco Gift Cards: Payments made via cryptocurrency, MilkyCoins, or Azteco gift cards will always be refunded in MilkyCoins.
c. License Usage & Refund Method: If a user has utilized more than half of their license, any eligible refund will be issued exclusively in MilkyCoins.
d. No Refunds After 6 Months: Any payment made more than six (6) months prior to a refund request is strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances or payment method.
f. No Refunds for ToS Violations: By using our Service, you agree that any breach of these Terms of Service automatically voids your eligibility for any kind of refund, under any circumstances.
Termination of Services:
a. Discontinuation of Services: We reserve the right to discontinue providing our services to any user for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or other activities that are considered detrimental to our Service or other users.
Account Security:
